A Team Lead is required for the Learning & Consulting team.
The selected candidate will be reporting to the Head Professional Standards and Development, this role leads a team of Human Resource and Learning Specialists to co-ordinate the conception and delivery of learning programs and HR interventions and solutions; supporting organizations to discover their unique sustainability opportunities using proven methods and techniques.
Requirements
The individual will be expected to have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, professional membership of CIPM and at least 10 years post graduation experience with 5 years leading a Learning/Consulting function in a professional service firm.
