Job Summary
• Plans, directs, organizes, co-ordinates, etc the sourcing, placing, nurturing, engaging, retention, utilization, training/development, and exit of the human resources pool to maximize the strategic use of same to the extent that corporate objectives are achieved.
• S/he is responsible for talent acquisition, succession/workforce planning, performance management and development for employees, using technology efficiently, and coaching/developing others to help influence and execute business objectives in the most efficient manner.
• S/he generally works with considerable independence, developing processes to accomplish objectives in alignment with broader business objectives.
Experience: 10 years working experience with 6 of it in Human Resource Management field and at least 3 years experience at management level
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Direct Reports: Administrative Officers, Receptionists, Protocol Officers, Maintenance Supervisor, and the role’s Confidential Secretary.

Requisite Qualifications
- Professionally certified by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or its global equivalent is a major criterion to occupy this position
- HND/first degree in the Humanities is mandatory.
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Personnel Management, Industrial and Labour Relations would be required for this top management position.
- Adequate involvement in strategic plan and implementation in a reputable organization
- Clear Christian experience and proven integrity is a prerequisite
- A demonstrable willingness to learn.
