As the first point of contact for the organization, the ideal candidate will be personable, professional, reliable, well-spoken and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming telephone calls, determining purpose of callers and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel and departments,
• Receiving visitors/guests and attending to them professionally,
• Collecting, sorting, distributing and preparing correspondence, mail, messages and courier deliveries,
• Assisting with Admin and HR tasks as may be required.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are basic pre-requisites. A minimum of Higher National Diploma is required.
• A minimum of two years of related experience, preferably in an office environment,
• Not older than 27 years by December, 2018
• Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills,
• Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner.
