Personal Assistant at Great Eagle Airways

Role: Personal Assistant

The Great Eagle Airways, a fast-growing airline company, is seeking a dynamic Personal Assistants for her Chairman and Managing Director.

As a PA, you will ensure that your Principal receives excellent administrative support that enables him focus on business development and high-level management issues. You must have excellent organization and communication skill with a proactive and friendly attitude. You must also be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, multi-task and be flexible enough to work in a dynamic environment.

Specific duties include:
Time / diary management
Organizing meetings
Organizing correspondence and following up on pending matters with little supervision
Responding to urgent requests
Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting and board papers
Co-ordinating and booking travel arrangements
Providing support for event management

 Experience and skill required:
At least 6 years cognate experience
Excellent oral and written communication skill
Exceptional computer literacy
Highly developed organizational skills
Ability to work with tight schedules and deadlines
Proactive
Profound maturity in handling complex situations
Meticulous and thorough
High level of loyalty and confidentiality
