Key Responsibilities:-
Recruitment & Outsourced Management
• Enable attraction of quality talents through sourcing best fit candidates for roles internally and externally
• Perform initial applicant screening, assessment and selection
• Plan and Organise Interviews including selecting and inviting interview panel, venue choice and logistics
• Facilitate, coordinate and offer logistics support for SBFN test/ assessment centres.
• Facilitate pre-employment screening for new hires in SBFN and make sure agreed SLA is delivered to identified vendor
• Collaboration with HRBPs – manage Complementary workers (CWs) recruitment, payroll and exit processes with direct deal with the 3rd party service provider
Job Requirement:
• B.Sc. or Relevant degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent
• CIPM or equivalent
• Strong Analytical skills
• Employee Relations Attention to detail
• Minimum of 4 years HR experience
