Stonebuilt Global Concepts Limited, a construction, design and trading company based in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria due to expansion seeks to recruit suitably qualified and highly self-motivated, talented young individuals to work in her Business Development Department in the capacity below:

Business Development Executive

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years Post NYSC Business Development, Sales and Marketing Experience with Proven records of deals closed either as a team or individual bases.
• A good University degree from a reputable University in Nigeria or Overseas in any discipline
• A minimum of Second Class Lower Division but higher grade is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate properly (Verbally and Written) both in English and other major Nigerian Languages (at least one)
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Resident in the FCT or very conversant with the city.
• Smart fellow who can think out of the box, proffering practical solutions to challenging issues.
• Must have completed NYSC and acquired other certificates in Sales and Marketing
• Vast knowledge of Business Development especially as it relates to construction sector.
• Must not be more than 30 years as at February 1, 2016
• Ability to work in a team placing the teams general interest far above personal interest
• Ability to display excellent interpersonal relationships within and outside the organization
