Retail Marketers needed in a Microfinance Bank

A Microfinance Institution located in Surulere, Yaba, Bariga and Lagos Island is looking for smart OND holders with vibrant personality and excellent communication skills to fill the position of a Retail Marketer.

Responsibilities

• Winning of new accounts
• Loan disbursement and monitoring
• Deposit mobilization
• Collection of loan repayments
• Rendition of daily returns
• Loan repayment follow up on new and existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal and external marketing programme.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Grow the Banks client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers
• Maintaining and developing relationships with  new and existing customers
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification in Banking, Accounting, Marketing or other related fields
• 0-4 years’ experience in a microfinance bank
• High Computer Literacy
• Must reside around any of the locations stated above.
