A).     Sales Reporting Analyst

Primary Responsibilities
  • The Sales Reporting Analyst position is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of data in support of business decisions and initiatives.
  • Specifically, the primary responsibility is to provide administrative and sales support with continued focus on efficient reporting and maintaining data integrity of Main One Customer base
Specifically, the responsibilities shall include:
  • Coordinate the complete sales reporting and forecasting process for all Sales / account Managers
  • Measure sales team / individual performance
  • Track and keep records of sales & actual targets and compiling them into reports for Management
  • Assist the sales team in qualifying and assigning leads to Account Managers in line with Main One business process
  • Develop relationships with leads to ensure a feedback mechanism is in place for direct engagement and follow up.
  • Working with IT to facilitate changes / system enhancement and successful execution of project implementation and back-end integration
  • Ensure data and record integrity when migrating records from various sources.
  • Quickly spot trends on lead sources, campaigns, owners, and territories
  • General ad-hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, technical sales, Financial planning and Pricing.
  • Analyze Lead to Conversion cycles for conversion, lost  and effectiveness (lead analytics and management)
  • Proactively monitor and track lead progress, opportunity pipeline and activities via CRM tool
  • Importing & exporting of data as required
  • Tracking of trends and usage of the CRM tool and provide support to the Sales team to enable them to utilize Salesforce effectively
  • Respond to all inbound enquiries requiring Main One’s service offerings.
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in any Business related disciplines
  • 1-2 Years Post NYSC experience

Competencies:
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of the data structure and identifying the best way to organize, store and present data according to business needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills.

B).     Finance Operations Analyst
Unit: Finance Operations

Primary Responsibilities
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Ensures all reconciling items are promptly treated to ensure all revenue and expenses are captured within the reporting period
  • Fixed Asset management.
  • Ensure proper file management, easy treatability of vouchers to GL as well as maintaining well-reconciled vendor statement and file.
  • Maintain regular contact with other staff, departments and remote offices on procurement and other finance matters, as well as to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions.
  • Research, track, and resolve (or properly refer) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Identify and update Supervisor of significant problems, discrepancies, risks etc.
  • Prepare supporting documents, reports, records etc. for financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies and procedures, legal/statutory and company regulations.
  • Ensure the integrity of the general ledger postings.
  • To liaise with the bank for all Company transactions, as assigned.
  • Inventory management.
  • Preparation of Monthly Last Mile Costs Schedule and ensure proper reconciliation against invoices and payments.
  • Preparation of Prepayment schedules on a monthly basis.
  • Confirm authorizations for all requests and obtain necessary supporting documents.
  • Other duties  as assigned from time-to-time
Qualifications/Requirements
  • First degree in Finance/Accounting
  • ICAN/ACCA Required.
  • Efficient use of accounting templates
  • Effective communication (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Proficiency in an ERP application.
  • 4-5 years relevant experience
  • Basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Basic typing and data entry skills
